This is the actual image of the Mason Photo Album. It is green velvet with gold finials on the corners and around the mirror in the center. Some of the cabinet cards included here were found in this album. This album was in the possession of Eloise Gunter, daughter of Opal Farris Gunter. When she passed away came into the possession of my mother Betty Farris Litchfield and was then passed down to myself.

At one time I thought this was Phineas or Samuel, but the time period is wrong. The way the child is dressed is much earlier. This could be a boy or girl. Most likely a boy, they wore curls then too! Submitted by: Penny Bennett Casey |
