That the following act was approved at the Thirteenth Session of the Idaho Territorial Legislature:

IDAHO COUNTY - Animals

An Act to encourage the destruction of wild animals in the different counties of the Territory, and authorizing the Board of County Commissioners of each of said counties to fix and determine the bounty for the destruction of the same.

Be it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of the Territory of Idaho, as follows:

Section 1.  It shall be lawful for the Board of County Commissioners of each county in the Territory, in its discretion, to fix and determine the bounty, and such bounties shall be paid out of the Current Expense Fund of said counties, to be paid for the destruction of each coyote, wild cat, fox, lynx, bear, panther, cougar and lion, and to prescribe rules for making proof of such destruction and obtaining such bounty.

Section 2.  This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
