Idaho County Free Press - September 7, 1911

A quiet wedding occurred Wednesday evening, Sept. 6, at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Rudolph Bertsch, when their daughter, Pearl was united in marriage to Mr. Arthur D. Rauenzahn of Winchester.  The ceremony was performed by Rev. Hitchcock of the Presbyterian church.

The bride wore an elaborate gown of embroidered net over white satin.  Only immediate relatives were present at the ceremony, and Miss Willa Wilkinson, who played the wedding march.  After the wedding all sat down to an elaborate wedding supper which Mrs. Sorrow and Mr. Carlton catered.

Mr. and Mrs. Rauenzahn left this morning for Spokane, Seattle and Coast points on a honeymoon trip, and will be at home to their friends in Winchester lat in September.
