At the residence of the bride's mother, Cedarwild Farm, near Grangeville I.T., January 1, 1888 by Rev. J.T. Weeks. J.D. Holton and Miss Lillie M. Brown. The wedding was a quiet affair, only a half dozen guests being present. The bride was attired in becoming robes, and bore herself in a queenly manner as she pronounced the fateful words which binds her forever to her husband. The bridegroom was dignified and manly and both were radiant with happiness. A sled load of the "boys" dropped in at the conclusion of the ceremony and left some fine presents. |
