Idaho County Free Press - August 14, 1887

In Grangeville precinct, August 14, 1887 by Rev. W.A. Hall, Mr. William VonBerge to Miss Kate Schmitt.  About 40 guests were present, and after the ceremony they sat down to a table which is reported as being the most magnificent feast ever spread on Camas Prairie.  The bride was elegantly costumed in black cashmere, relieved with jet trimmings and white bouquets on the corsage and in the hair.  Both bride and groom were radiant with    happiness as they received the congrats and good wishes of a host of friends who hope that the figurative slipper of good luck may follow them through life.
