About two years ago Charity Grange partially made arrangements for the purchase of ground to be used as a cemetery.  Since that time nothing further has been heard of the matter and it seems to have been completely lost sight of.  Our town is steadily increasing in size and the location of the cemetery where it now is has a tendency to depreciate the value of every lot in the city.  Besides every one recognizes the fact that sooner or later the change must be made and as a consequence the ground is in an unkept condition.  Were the cemetery located permanently our citizens would take pride in improving and beautifying the place where rested the remains of friends.  Some action should be taken at once.  If not by the Grange, then why not the Odd Fellows, as such action is within the purview of their order.
