MRS. LOTTIE BASHOR DIES IN MONTANA

Well Known by Many Here – Was Sick Only Three Days

BURIED IN MOSCOW SATURDAY

Mr. and Mrs. Bert Jones and Mrs. Lonnie Bales Will Attend Funeral

Word was received here Tuesday by Bert Jones that his sister, Mrs. Lottie Bashor, residing near Shelby, Montana, had passed suddenly away, February 21st after a three-days’ affliction with peritonitis.

The subject of the above sketch Lottie Jones, was born August 4th, 1886, at Stayton, Oregon and was married to Lester W. Bashor January 14, 1904.  Mr. and Mrs. Bashor were residents of the Ferdinand section from 1907 until 1913, and then moved to Geyser, Montana, where they have resided since.

Deceased leaves to mourn, her untimely demise, her husband and two children, Norma, aged 11 and Glen, aged 9; a father, E. A. Jones, of Peck; a mother, Mrs. S. Jones, of Van, Mont.; three brothers, Bert A., of Ferdinand Joe M., of Van, Mont., and Herman V. of Peck, and a host of friends here and elsewhere.

The funeral will take place at Moscow, to where the remains will be shipped for burial by Saturday afternoon, February 26th, at 2:30.  Those who will attend from Ferdinand, as far is known will be Mr. and Mrs. Bert Jones and Mrs. Lonnie Bales, the latter a very close friend to the decedent during her residence here. 

The Enterprise joins with the many friends and acquaintances of the bereaved in extending most heartfelt condolence.
