During her long and useful career in Grangeville, Carrie Benedict was a charter member of the Neighbors of Woodcraft lodges.  She was always active in community, social and civic affairs and in which she formed a large circle of friends.

Funeral services will be held Friday, November 11 at 2 p.m. at the Hancock Funeral Homes.  Mrs. C.C. Call reader in the Christian Science church will conduct the services.  Interment will be in Prairie View Cemetery.
