WARRENS NOTES

Frank Brecker, better known as French Frank, was found dead Sunday, September 4, on the trail between Warrens and Shissler creek, about a mile from Shissler's old mill.  H was working for A. Floyd on Shissler Creek and had started for town the previous Wednesday when he dropped dead in his tracks of heart disease.  He was about 70 years old and had resided in this county since the early "60's".  The body was brought to town and buried the same evening by the light of the moon.
