AUGUST 4, 1899

Ida Duniway

Mrs. William Duniway died in Warren, Idaho, July 21, 1899, the result of a long lingering sickness.  She leaves a husband and daughter, Grace 4, and two sons, Edward, 2 and Robert, 1, mother, brother and sisters who mourn her demise, as well as the whole community.  She was the daughter of the late Pony Smead, and old-time resident of Warren.  To say that she will be missed by this community cannot express the high esteem in which she was held.  Born and reared as she was among us appeals to us more as a sister and to the old-time settlers as a daughter taken from among them.  The services were held at the home of the deceased, Mr. E.L. Root, officiating.
