Died - At the county poor farm, February 17, 1893, William Fermder, aged 86 years.  Uncle Billy owned the ranch on the foot hills back of Telcher's and he was taken to the poor farm because he could get better treatment there than at home.  He had been ailing for some time, and the immediate cause of death was inflammation of the prostrate gland.  He was an old settler here and a native of Germany.  Peace to his ashes.
