SATURDAY RITES FOR CHARLES GOAN, 91

Services for Charles H. Goan, 91, who died Monday at the McHugh Nursing Home, will be held 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the Robertson-Hansen Funeral Home with the Rev. Ronald Kuka, pastor of the First Baptist Church, officiating. Burial will be in Prairie View Cemetery.
Mr. Goan was born February 11, 1869 in California and moved with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Emanuel Goan to Oregon.
He was married to Mabel Allen, January 1, 1905, at Grangeville. She died in 1924.
His survivors include a son Herman, of Seattle; four daughters, Mrs. Gladys Brammer, Chesapeake, Ohio; Mrs. Marjorie Carpenter, Stevensville, Wa.; Zelma Goan, McMinnville, Oregon; and Mrs. Esther Adamson, Grangeville; 11 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
