J.A. HAMILTON DEAD

Cornell Man Who Has Been Mining and Prospecting in Idaho

Colfax, Wash., May 22 – News has been received from Stuart, Idaho, of the death of J.A. Hamilton.  Hamilton was a son of Major H.A. Hamilton, a prominent republican, politician and newspaper man of Iowa.  J.A. Hamilton was a graduate of Cornell University and engaged in newspaper work for several years.  Since 1895 he has been mining and prospecting in Idaho.
