MASON E. HINDMAN MOUNT IDAHO, DEAD

Mason Evan Hindman, a resident of Idaho County since 1891, died Saturday in Mount Idaho. He was 76 years old.
Mr. Hindman was born in Martinsville, West Virginia, on February 2, 1844. When 18 years of age, he removed to Illinois and two years later to Iowa.
On October 29, 1868 he was married to Mary Elizabeth Taylor. To them were born six children. One son died in 1898. The widow and five children survive him.
In 1883 Mr. Hindman and family removed to the west and in 1891 they located in Idaho County, where they since made their home.
Funeral services were held Monday morning at Mount Idaho, W.N. Knox, minister, officiating. Burial, in charge of E.S. Hancock, was in the cemetery at Mount Idaho.
