PIONEER CITIZEN DIES - Thomas K. Holmes, Died last Tuesday and Funeral Was Held Today

Thomas K. Holmes, a pioneer of Camas Prairie, and a resident of Grangeville died last Tuesday, November 3, after about a week's illness following a paralytic stroke.  The deceased was stricken with paralysis a week ago last Friday and steadily failed until the day of his death.  He was born August 25, 1837, and his age was 77 years, 2 months and 9 days.  The funeral services were held at the house here in Grangeville and he was laid to rest.
