Will Irwin was born in Barton County, Missouri August 23, 1880 and died at his home in Sheridan, Oregon Sept. 19, 1926.  He came to Grangeville with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. T.C. Irwin, both deceased in 1896 who settled in the Tolo Lake district

Mr. Irwin was married to Nellie R Jesse, a Grangeville girl in Grangeville May 16 1909 and three children were born to this union all of whom are living.

He leaves to mourn his loss besides his wife and children, two brothers and three sisters, Mrs. Ida Wann of Boston, Ore., Mrs. Lula E. Jesse, Mrs. Gertie Smith and Claude Irwin, all of Grangeville and Roy Irwin of White Bird.

The funeral was held at the Baptist church in Grangeville this afternoon (Thursday) at 2 o’clock with Rev. Knox officiating.  Interment was in Prairie View cemetery.
