Another Soldier Gone

Major A.W. Krouthuger, one of the pioneers of Camas Prairie, died at his home four miles west of Cottonwood, Friday morning, Feb. 17.  The burial services were conducted by Rev. F.L. Buzzell at the Cottonwood cemetery Saturday about noon.  The major had many warm friends on the Prairie who are in sympathy with the bereaved wife and only son.  His age and the particulars of his death we were unable to learn.
