Job Mason was born Oct 2, 1836 in the state of Indiana , and died Oct. 25, 1916 , aged 80 years and 23 days. He was a pioneer settler in the state of Kansas , and during the Civil Wars, was soldier in the militia of Missouri .  He moved to Cheney , Wash. 22 years ago and lived in the state of Washington for     years when he moved to Idaho , in which satte he lived at the time of his death.  Mr. Mason was raised in the Quaker Faith but later united with the Baptist Church .  When he moved west, not finding the church of his choice he joined the United Brethren Church .  Besides his wife he leaves a family of 10 sons and daughters.  Funeral services Friday, October 27 at the Christian Church.
