HARRY  SHIRA DIED THIS MORNING – Had Tonsilitis but a short time, and died very unexpectedly.

News flashed over the city early this morning, that Harry B Shira had died shortly after midnight.  Inquiry established the fact that the young man had a severe case of tonsillitis and that unexpected complications had caused his death.  He was on the street but a day or two before his demise.

Harry B. Shira was born April 25, 1901, and died June 24, 1926.  He was the son of Mrs. Addie Shira of this city.

Harry Shira and Ruth Elizabeth Munro were married Monday, June 14, as announced in last week’s Free Press.  Sympathy is extended to the young wife, mother, brothers and sisters by the entire community.  Funeral services will be held from the Christian church, Saturday morning, June 26, at 10 a.m. , Rev. W.N. Knox of this city officiating.  Burial will be in the Prairie View cemetery under the auspices of the Woodmen of the World, of which he was a member.
