MRS. W.H. SPENCER CALLED BY DEATH

 

  MRS. METHA EMMA SPENCER passed away

today, Thursday, at her home near Fenn after an illness of over six weeks.

  Mrs. Spencer was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Meyer, pioneer residents of Idaho County. She was born on the Camas Prairie June 26, 1888, and grew to womanhood here. She married William H. Spencer November 4, 1908.

  Mrs. Spencer was loved by all her friends and acquaintances for her thoughtfulness and kindliness.

  Through all her long illness, she endured the greatest pain with fortitude and made no complaint at her lot.

  She is survived by her husband, William H. Spencer of Fenn; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Meyer; a sister, Alvina Meyer of Grangeville; two brothers, France H. and Carl Meyer of Fenn, and a host of sorrowing friends.

  Funeral services will be held from the church at Denver at 12 o'clock, Friday, December 28. Interment will be in the cemetery at Denver.

  The Rev. R.R. Martin officiated.
