GERMAN NATIVE DIES AT PARKHILL

  Mrs. Anna Mathilde Suhr, 80, died Sunday afternoon, April 14, at Parkhill Manor.

  She was born August 30, 1887 in Germany and was married in Germany to Herman Suhr April 25, 1906.  They came to Grangeville in 1925 and farmed.  Mr. Suhr died in January 1941. 

  Mrs. Suhr was a member of the Lutheran Church.

  Survivors are three sons; Henry, William and Gustave Suhr, all of Grangeville, and a daughter, Mrs. Don Heckman, White Bird; 15 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, five step-grandchildren and 18 step-great-grandchildren.

  Two sons, Ernest and Herman preceded her in death

  The funeral was 2 p.m. Wednesday from the Robertson-Hansen Chapel with burial in Prairie View Cemetery.
