Name: Members

Age: probably at time of enrollment

Location: Usually an address for member, sometimes it is uncertain what the place mentioned was in reference to.

Mentioned:  Shows the years that member was mentioned in the minutes.

Source: Indicates whether info was from Cottonwood minutes or Ferdinand minutes.

Notes: Indicate special mention in the minutes; ie., illnesses, dismissals, withdrawals or transfers, or anything unusual. NPD means 'not paid dues' in which case they were dropped.
