Franklin Shissler To Elizabeth S. Shearer Idaho County, Idaho Territory I hereby certify that on the 1st day of February A.D. 1866 at Slate Creek in the County and Territory aforesaid Franklin Shissler and Elizabeth S Shearer were with their mutual consent lawfully joined together in holy matrimony which was solemnized by me in the presence of Wm M Steitz, Geo D. Shissler attesting witness and I do herby further certify that the said Franklin Shissler & E Shearer were of lawful age to contract the same and there appear to be no lawful impediment to such marriage.
